Great Apartment

Lovely clean, modern appt in fabulous location

Lovely clean, modern appartments in a fantastic location. You are within about 30 seconds of bars and shops Staff very helpful and welcoming. Just be aware there is a short steep hill outside the appartment and no lift so if you have a lot of luggage it is a bit of hardwork! Perfect location and great value appartment. Would recommend

LOC really exceeded our expectations

Our stay at LOC was honesty one of the best hotel visits I’ve ever done, and I’ve been at many hotels in my life. The hotel was at the absolute best location (old town), it’s small and cozy, super clean, comfortable and the service was just top quality. We felt so welcomed by Manuela who really made us feel like home and gave us such kind and professional service. I really recommend LOC and will definitely stay there again when I visit Corfu again in the future!

Two of us were traveling and the room was much smaller than we expected. It was tight for two people but would be good for one. The air conditioning also wasn’t working great but the owner spent all day trying to fix it which was appreciated. Location was really great- right in the heart of old town and close to everything. Clean, quiet and safe!

The location of the property can't be beat. Right in the heart of Corfu Town, easy access to shopping and dining right outside the door. The property is up a short steep hill so dragging heavy luggage up to the entrance was not fun. There is also no where near the property to park if you have a vehicle. It's a self serve property, self check in and we didn't have in person contact with anyone who worked there. The room was great and I would stay there again if I returned (without a vehicle).

I’ll give you one star just because of how nice the girl at the reception is and thanks to the location which is really nice in the center of the town. First there is not a single window in the room. The « bathroom » takes half of the space in the « room ». We were two and were barely capable of moving around the room is so small you can’t even stand next to each other and there was nothing to put our clothes and other stuffs in. Because there is no window, there is no air at ALL and it smells terrible. Very humid, we actually got sick and it was really hard to sleep. The air conditioner smells atrocious too. I don’t know how can it be possible and legal to not put windows in a room ?? So humid that there is mold in the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommand for a « long » trip, we stayed 6 days and were so happy to leave.

The property is clean, very close to mini market, bakery, restaurants and transportation. It’s inside the Old town and easy to find your way. Manuela is very helpful and friendly.

Take your time for research another hotel. Avoid!

Good location in Corfu city and you pay for that. The staff didn’t answer our messages. No clean room or suite how they called that. Not available to store the luggage. We’ve traveled around Corfu for two weeks and we booked this hotel for our last night. You get much better cheaper hotels with reception 24/7, inclusive breakfast, swimming pool for example in Gouvia close to Corfu (20 min by bus) If you’re looking for hotels in old town maybe you need to know the standard.

Amazing stay, in city center

It was an amazing stay. I had many difficulties and incidents that happened unfortunately not related to the place but Manuella helped me a lot. She is so helpful, kind and has empathy. I was lucky to reserved at this place. Thank you so much for your help, i really appreciate it. Definitely if i come back to corfu, will stay here.

Good communication from the team here as to directions and how to get in kate at night. The apartment was just big enough for 2. Large king size bed, kettle, cafetière , sandwich toaster and microwave. Towels were provided for the shower. Small balcony , not a great view. Right on top of the town. But noisy at night as not well insulated. Could hear other people coming up and down the stairs and in the apartment above .

Parfait petit nid dans Corfou

Superbe endroit. Je ne m'attendais pas à ce que la chambre soit si petite mais pour dormir c'était parfait. La petite terrasse à l'arrière permets d'échanger avec les autres locataires. L'emplacement de LOC est idéal et près de l'action de la ville de Corfou. J'y retournerais sans hésiter!

The entire experience was great. The apartment is beautiful, and the location can’t be beat. It’s steps away from everything, but just far enough to avoid the noise. The kitchen is superbly outfitted so you won’t need to eat out every meal if you don’t want to. We are already trying to figure out when we can return to Corfu for another visit, and we will definitely stay here again
