“I was disappointed with this stay. There were no welcome instructions upon arrival. The TV is merely a decoration and does not work, which should have been disclosed. Most importantly, the bathroom sink was extremely dirty—it was actually disgusting to try and brush my teeth there. Cleanliness is basic, and this did not meet that standard. ”

“Loved our stay. Mom and 4 kids. Beautiful space. Fantastic staff. Very helpful with local recommendations, food delivery afterhours and services in the hotel. Very comfy rooms. The included breakfast options were very diverse and delicious - lots to choose from (they offer complete menu included for breaky!). We felt the value was wonderful. Very happy there and will 100% book again if in Leon! Highly recommended. Only downside was sno hot water showers but it did not affect our stay overall.……

“Hotel Tranquilo is a great hotel for people that want a quiet, safe, relaxing spot but be within walking distance of the other attractions, bars, and restaurants. We stayed there for 5 nights. The food was good...staff excellent, friendly and helpful...The atmosphere is relaxed even with multiple rooms are full there is enough space either on the two story palapa or in the well maintained pool to just chill. The after hours drink policy is fair and pretty awesome. (I definitely used it). Would……
