"I found the breakfast to be okay. The eggs were like a little rubbery and I am not a fan of paper plates and plastic utensils. Not very environmentally friendly. Also, the toilet paper in our room was like sandpaper. The staff was excellent. The lady in the breakfast area was very friendly. Our room was very nice."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating but it was probably the least clean hotel that I have ever stayed at. Expedia should be ashamed for charging the price that they do for this property. I ended up being charged in US dollars, so it was also very expensive ($308). There were stains on the duvet, red stains on the carpet in the room, and there was hair on the serving spoon at the breakfast buffet, (which I know is hard to control). But the pool area was the worst, there was such a large clump of hair floating in the pool that it looked like someone had been partially scalped, there was so much dirt around the pool decking that I felt uncomfortable walking in my bare feet, and I believe that there was rust on the metal door to the bathroom under the kick plate, and the kick plate had come loose and there was a lot of loose rust particles all over the floor, which looked like tetanus just waiting to happen if someone were to step on the rust. There were employees filling the towels right beside it and did nothing about it. I would never stay here again for the price and the lack of cleanliness when the casino in Moncton was listed for the same night for over $100 less as a newer and higher star hotel."

"Kids hockey tournament which I understand is out of the hotels control, but we were woken up to kids pounding on the door and screaming in the hallway. The rooms are advertised as being soundproof and that’s not the case at all. “Free breakfast” but never specified the fact it’s just muffins, cereal and toast. Was pretty disappointed to wake up and not be able to eat a balanced breakfast after the cost I paid. Wouldn’t book again unless there was a promotional deal. Not worth the money. "

"Lots of trash around the outside of the building, but inside was clean. Our room was clean . The tv was only cable , not a smart tv and the connection was bad . Couldn’t watch much as it kept feeezing up . The fridge was nice and big and room had a microwave. The staff that I saw were friendly "

"The hotel was very nice. It would have given it 5 stars except the shower in my room had water damage and what looked like mold where the wall meets the floor in the shower. It ther than that everything was great!"
