“I was concerned that the nearby construction project (Escanaba is updating its water infrastructure) would disrupt the peace & beauty of this house that looks over Ludington Park & Lake Michigan. It had minimal impact, and actually provided some entertainment. We had a wonderful time!If you want beautiful views and immediate access to Ludington park for walks and cycling, this is the place. “Spotless! Large kitchen, lots of seating. Lower floor is extremely spacious with a huge shower and new washer/dryer. Great deck overlooking large yard. Heard 30 birds on the Merlin app. Can’t say enough positive things about this place. Very comfortable and relaxing.”

“We had a very wet weekend. But the hosts were fabulous to work with and were flexible with us when we thought we had to stay longer due to the games being pushed out from the rain. Would TOTALLY stay again if we were coming to the area. Very clean and welcoming. 10/10 stars for a family/chill weekend get away. ”

“This place was great. We had a wonderful week at this lake house. We went out kayaking every day and especially on weekdays had the lake to ourselves. It was beautiful and relaxing. The house has every modern convenience even though it is surrounded by pristine nature. The drive out to this lake cabin is down a few dirt roads that aren't on Google Maps so it was good that we arrived during daylight hours at least the first time.”

“Because another property cancelled we had to scramble to find 4th of July accommodations near Gladstone. We got really lucky and found this cottage. Easy location, close to town, quite from fireworks. Worked great for day trips up to Lake Superior as well. The hot tub came in handy after hiking at Pictured Rocks. ”
