“The hotel is in a fantastic position just off of a square full of restaurants and bars.
The host was amazingly helpful providing great advice of where to go and what to see and even found us a stapler to borrow from a local store to help us out. When I left my cap in the room she bought it to the place where we were meeting our taxi. (She’d booked it for us too) for me this is a level beyond what would be expected.

They admitted the hotel advertised incorrectly but offered me no compensation or rectification. It meant no guests staying this week could sit around the pool because they decided to change their terms……

“I was not a fan of this hotel. How does a hotel not have blankets on a bed? That is very odd to me. I had to ask three times for blankets for the bed. No one "staffed" the cafe/ bar area. If you wanted anything, you had to go to front desk and ask for help. There were no ice machines. If I wanted ice, I had to ask for it and it was like you were asking for some special request item. The restaurant on site was only open for dinner from 8-10. I guess that's normal for Spain, but it was……
