"Overall the property was great! Beach is amazing and staff was very friendly. Food was very good as far as all inclusives go. Getting reservations for the restaurants is difficult and the process to book for more than 2 people a little wonky. Be prepared to be frustrated there but not a deal breaker for us. We will go back simply for that beach."

"The over all experience was ok. Check in time was 3. We waited an hour and a half for our room. We are not very adventurous when it comes to foods, lunch and dinner options were limited. The spaghetti at the Italian restaurant was very good. The swim up room was great! The pool was massive, plenty of room to move around. The room was clean."

"First off I'll say I understand that the island experienced a horrific ordeal with hurricane Melissa and the aftermath stoand continue to heal.... However the condition of the room cleanliness had nothing to do with the storm... There was thick dust everywhere... My roommate and I coughed and hacked the entire time we were visiting the property if we weren't out on the patio or out doors,.. the shower floors weren't clean the walls had someone else's strands of hair sure wasn't mine my hair is locs as is the other guest.... The mattress was like a hospital mattress it was plastic which made me sweat very irritating trying to get a comfortable rest... It just didn't happen the entire 3-day stay it was quite miserable.. I am happy to report that there was a great spa on the grounds that that had a very superb masseuse by the name of Stephanie and she gave the perfect dress we're leaving massage that took away so much of that anxiety that was called by the three-day stay thank you Stephanie and I enjoyed the spa offerings however there were no smoothies as advertised there was no fruit juices as advertised there was not even any lemon water offered during the wellness water experience side.... just the pools..Id ask and they kept saying " 🇯🇲 don't worry yourself", " soon come".... Never heard a blender never seen an ice cube..no fruit.... Now coffee Bristol niiccee adorable snacks must visit especially after trying to sleep on one of those beds and coughing u"

"This hotel deserves 1000 stars— Platinum Club status. The service was superb, and I have absolutely no complaints. I don’t even want to try another resort when I return in August and December. Thank you to Robert, Odel, and Cory for your outstanding hospitality during my birthday week."

"I was excited but my excitement turned into disappointment almost immediately after arriving. Staff were kinda “so-so” with their attitude, not friendly, not rude. Just kinda “THERE”. They had more excitement for other travelers so maybe it was just me. Anyway, I asked a staff member at the ice cream bar on 4/28 between 9pm and 10pm if she could point me to the grapenut ice cream, and she just pointed in the direction, didn’t say a word. So I asked again. In the rudest fashion she removed the entire tub from the freezer of the ice cream and just sat it there on the counter. Still didn’t say a word. My daughter said she gave her the same attitude. There was mold in the shower at the bottom of the glass as well as mold growing on the over head shower. Volleyball was fun. The entertainers were great. Staff- NO 0/10. Cleanliness in the room for a 5 star resort?? NO. 0/10. Right outside of the property there is mounds of trash, potholes, sitting water with mosquitos. Do better."

"My favourite part about this resort is the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, and the gardens were beautiful. It was a well maintained property. The beach, of course was beautiful and I loved how there was a lot of shade. Special things to Johnson for taking care of me by bringing my chair and towel every day. I will be back."

"Room and amenities were great. The staff was the best, their customer friendly. The only problem we had was the room and the security pass to the room wasn’t working and they were rude when we needed assistance for that part. But the overall experience was amazing. "
