「This is the second time I have stayed here, it was great the first time. This time I found the wait staff a little rude, the chef at the grill really rude but the front desk staff excellent. We had a cabana room where the cabana had not been cleaned so we couldn’t use it. We went to the seafood resto and the gnocchi was inedible, They had a bingo game at the pool and I won but they had no prize!」

「The beach is just STUNNING!!! The Jamaican restaurant was good but way to spicy for those who cannot handle hot spice. The meat patties were delicious but again, way to spicy for those who cannot handle hot spice. Their version of mild is HOT. I have been to Negril so many times and this is the first time I see a resort that does not have mild versions of the hot dishes. The staff are the best thing in this resort, hands down.
