Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really……

“Clean room, nice view of the city, comfortable bed. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind during check in and check out. Breakfast and dinner were delicious! I loved sitting on the veranda (porch). However, I was taken aback by the attitude of one of the workers who felt a guest I invited to dinner (whom I paid for) should not be at the resort, likely because my guest was a Rasta. Some guests do have meetings with local people and the local people should be treated with the same respect and……

“We had an amazing stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special shoutout to D’Andre, our waiter, who truly went above and beyond to meet all of our needs — he was such a joy and made our experience even more memorable. The rooms were very clean, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and even though the weather wasn’t great, our stay was still incredible. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this……
