“The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really……

“Here are just a few of the outstanding staff: Rojay, waiter at The Grill and Chez Isabelle, attentive, remembered my allergies each time. Antoinette, hostess at the Lobster House and Magna. She remembered our name and room number, always a smile on her face. Impressive! Kimono at the Zenith pool. Pleasant and efficient even though she seemed overworked. Allayah, The Lobster House. Remembered allergies and she was attentive. Britannia, Magna. A real professional server! Felicia, waitress……
