“AMAZING”

“The attitude of the staff was the best I’ve experienced in Jamaica. I was disappointed however in the beach. Too much rocks in the water. Needed water shoes in order to go swimming. Good thing there were a lot of pools to choose from for swimming. Every thing else was great, clean rooms daily and snacks refreshed daily. ”

“The atmosphere is attracting me, the smile of all colleagues moved me very well. Thank you for providing everything there, really appreciated. ”

“What i like in the hotel: swimming pools, size of the room, stuff, bed, coffee bar, clean environment. What i do not like: a lot food but not testy at all, very limited selection of fresh fruits, missing plain yogurt, very hot in the blue note bar, long waiting to be seat in restaurant, ping table and all concerts was going on in another part of the hotel, long drive 1.20 min from airport on the private car. The road is very bad. What I hate : bad and slow internet, loud music and stuff……

“Clean room, good location with basic amenities. Gym equipment was in need of repair. Food selection was good. Staff were mostly helpful.”

“Nice staff , Shower was a disappointment tub was slippery bed and pillows very uncomfortable , food was decent alcohol was all bottom shelf if you wanted a decent drink you have to pay , very small section of beach is available for guests ,if you’re looking for fun or nightlife this isn’t it …pretty sleepy after 8 pm , spa was very nice . good location avoid beach on days when the cruise ships come in .very packed .too many rules for a “luxury ‘ stay ”

“Considering the resort was devastated in the hurricane 6 months ago, the property was in very good condition. They continue to renovate but it was not disruptive to our vacation at all. The grounds were kept well manicured and maintained. Housekeeping kept our rooms very clean. The restaurant and buffet staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming - always smiling and very quick to fulfil any request. The entertainment crew were great - really enjoyed their shows!!! I would definitely……
