“Everything was excellent”

“6/10 food 3/10 drinks and getting them takes a whikd 5/10 entertainment (we didnt have our kids so maybe the kids side was better) 10/10 Rooms 5/10 service (some employees are lovely but alot werent very personable or friendly) Very quiet resort, not busy so easy to get beds and chairs. Beautiful beach but its not the best beach sand for walking and swimming in unless you are in the boey area, water is so calm and lovely though. Cool that most rooms are beach front with pools too. Rooms are……

“If you’re looking for a fun but relaxing place to go to Rui Reggae is the place for you. You’re also able to go to the other neighbor hotels that have different vibes. Rui Reggae is by far the best place to vacation. You have 3 different pools, the beach, swim up bars & fun games throughout your stay.The cleanliness of the rooms were excellent & also comes with a balcony. The STAFF was amazing whether you’re at the lobby bar/front desk, the buffet for breakfast, lunch, dinner, entertainment……

“Staff always made sure we were situated, bar is 24 hours you have access to a 24 hour buffet but first come first serve. Really nice scenery with access to other resorts (RIU). just left today and I will be back.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Bahia Principe in Runaway Bay. The welcoming was great and inviting. The room was clean, large and with the layout of the bathroom just right. We appreciated the view since it had a partial sea view and a view of the local homes next tot he property. We were on the 7th floor so the view was relaxing. During our time that we stayed many of the restaurants that are listed on the website was not availbale due to renovation and repairs. However, the Indian themed restuarant……

“Everything was good. Other people had issues with things being taken from their room, but we did not experience that. Only negative thing we dealt with was some of the staff acting annoyed and rude at times. Aside from that we had a blast, great room, most of the staff was great, beaches dreamy, and culture was fun! ”

“The room was cleaned, staff were good. Beach was nice, not many shade options Available which made it hard for when you wanted to enjoy shade. Vendors were constantly roaming- roughly every 15 mins which made it hard to enjoy a good beach nap. Entertainment was good throughout the day along with the evening shows. Breakfast as good-lunch buffet limited options Al Carte were decent options as well. ”
