“Great service and I love everything about the resort”

“Our room was beautiful. We had a swim out and it was fantastic. All rooms seemed to be centrally located so you didn’t have to walk far to get to anything. The à la cartes were limited. I am used to going to resorts where you have a steakhouse, a tepanyaki and a seafood as staple restaurants. All 3 of these restaurants were on the adult side, Senses. We were on the family side, so we had no access to these restaurants. That was a major disappointment for us. We did 2 à la cartes twice - the……

“Princess Senses Mangrove -adults only is a beautiful resort. Great ocean and pool views from our room. The staff are friendly. It was nice to have transportation from the lobby to our building. Many restaurant options but get there early bc some restaurants get busy bc guests from the other resort eat there too. ”

“3.5 ⭐ – Good stay overall Clean rooms, friendly staff, and very good food. Be aware the hotel is not directly on the beach — you need to cross the strip (staff assist), and beach chairs cost extra. Minibar could be better stocked with local beer options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, just important to know what to expect.”

“We had an ocean view room which was truly amazing. The hotel is luxurious, with great attention to detail. The staff were friendly and made you feels very special, nothing was too much trouble and they catered to your every need, even had drinks service on the beach! There was always a selection of food and drinks and again if you wanted you could have pool service. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel for couples or friends or even solo travellers. ”

“So Many pools to choose from. Amazing. Staff were amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. Food was wonderful. We had the best time. The only thing that needs to be fixed are the roads. Very bad to get from Montego Bay to Negril. ”

“Room clean, bedding clean amenities good one stained towel not good,, bathroom needed a better finish eg polish, shower seal to show came away allowing water to flow on the floor slip hazard, balcany furniture needed cleaning not cleaned after make over. Tv did not work for the whole stay visited by atleast 9 maintenace men still no joy, coffee maker did not work after attempt with 3 coffee machines it was the socket faulty. The staff overall where very polite and tried to assist, bar staff……
