The only negatives were that there were no mats on the floor, especially when stepping out the shower, and the toilet in our suite kept blocking after doing #2 which was very disgusting.”

“This hotel was the worst that I have ever stayed in when I arrived the lobby was so humid hot and dark very depressing looking me and my godmother ate lunch the first day and their was flies all over the table where we ate couldn’t even eat with the flies returning back to the table when we swatted them away the hotel room looked like a 1970s motel the air conditioning was poor quality couldn’t even get the room cooled my godmother had a heat stroke that night the staff was extremely unfriendly……

“I rarely leave reviews like this, but my experience at Hotel Riu Negril was extremely concerning. I checked in April 9 and had to leave early on April 11 (scheduled stay was until April 13) due to unacceptable conditions affecting my health and safety. I have asthma, and the room was very stuffy with cobwebs, dirty floors, and poor air quality. The AC was not cooling properly and felt warm, making the room hot and uncomfortable at night. I was sweating while sleeping and unable to rest……
