「The address listed for this property is not correct. The room had the electrical panel off, exposing the wires. The room was not cleaned at all. The amenities list was not available, the entire property is rundown and not safe, considering this is a property dedicated to families. I spoke with the owner of the property and he was extremely unprofessional.」

「Staff was Great!! Room was Clean and Beautiful!! Every room in this resort is located in a wonderful spot facing the pool and in eye sight of the sea. I would highly recommend my family and friends to stay here. the resort has everything you need. The bars were wonderful the food is wonderful This resort WAS ABSOLUTLY WONDERFUL!!! I cant say enough good things about this wonderful resort!! H10 has never let me down. BRAVO!!! 」

「One of my favourite places to stay in ocho. The junior suites are beautiful and such a great price. The pool and the bar is fantastic as well. The staff are amazing!
The only negative thing is ladies don’t use a facecloth to remove your makeup it will cost you $60 American off the deposit for one facecloth…. Other then that great hotel」
