We were very disappointed with our stay. We were given the wrong room upon arrival. Though we didn’t mind until we saw the cleanliness of this room. Floors weren’t mopped, counters weren’t wipes and towels were dirty. We were able to get another room after asking. Every time we would call to get stock on our refreshments or towels and toilet paper they would never answer and if they did it took them several hours to get what we needed. The pool was my favorite part. Dining was not good at all. Food was very distasteful. We never ate at the resort which I would highly recommend anyway, but expect it to be pricey if you are not driving your own car, or plan to get extras to put in your fridge, but remember there is no microwave.

Loved our upgraded sea view room it was truly beautiful. I was unhappy with the excess amount i had to pay for the upgrade it was not clear that the price was per night and subject to fluctuating prices so do read the small print. The entire staff of all grades were wonderful friendly kind and helpful thank you! This is an amazing hotel so beautiful with such a homely atmosphere even my 85 year old mum felt comfortable. Few niggles there was limited tea bags and no kettle. The reason that i booked this hotel was for the Spa so i was very disappointed to find that there was no access to the Spa only for paid treatments. This should have been clearly stated in the hotel info. However it must be said that the sheer quantity and quality of food was good and there was something for everyone Lots to keep everyone entertained as well. A lovely place to come with a family group we'll be back !

This hotel is terrible don't even bother booking here. I checked in on September 20, 2025 and you think arriving at a hotel you would receive a great welcome. The staff that checked us in was horrible no welcome no smile. She didn't remind us that we need to make reservations at the restaurants. She just showed us a QR code and said this is your map for the hotel. Also she forgot to give us a card for the beach/ pool towels. Room: The room had a bad smell and we asked the guy that brought the luggage how we can get some air freshener. He said call the front desk that when we notice no phone was in the room. They brought the phone later but it took 3 complaint before I got dial tone on day 4. There wasn't any body wash in the bathroom as I forgot to take mine out the suitcase on the 1st day. I not sure but the room floors are always dusty and I take my shoes at the door. The floors in the washroom didn't look clean so the entire stay I kept sock on. The shower head was horrible and needed replaced and then the new one broken again by the water pressure in the silver cord on the last night. The mattress wasn't comfortable and the pillows are too flat. I needed 3 for firmness. The wall are very thin if you get what I'm saying. Staff: I'm not sure but most of the staff don't look happy there. They do not smile and some are just rude. The first desk staff are not welcoming, not helpful at all. The front desk manager wasn't even caring either. I asked a staff at the front d

From the outside a beautiful property. My toilet clogged. I have never stayed in a resort where there are signs not to flush the toilet paper. At the buffet the bacon was burnt every morning. There was never any plaintain. Dunplings came on Sunday but by the time i went for breakfast at 8.30 they were finished. The pancakes were also burnt. Thought i would be getting fresh juice only for it to be a powder. Most of the staff was friendly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Family Vacation at Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica! Our stay was absolutely amazing! The guest service team was phenomenal especially Travis, who went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs. Every staff member is welcoming and makes my stay truly memorable. The Kids Club is outstanding — fun, educational, and perfectly organized. The team — Nyoka, Dahlian, Shanique, Britina, Jerome, and Anesia made my son’s experience unforgettable. Activities include pool parties, kids’ movies, tennis, golf, and more, and it’s completely free! My son Jaxon had a blast. Shout-out to all the bartenders especially D’Andre and Maxell, who kept the drinks flowing and were so knowledgeable about everything the resort offers. From start to finish, this resort goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Everything was great about the hotel stay until my family was forced to pay a $700.00 drink bill for alcohol that they stated I reserved which was a lie. I did no such thing I went to customer services to reserve dinner and was never told that there was 4 bottles of champagne attached to my bill. I spoke to staff about the mixed up and wanted to be compensated with photos or dinner but they totally ignored my request. Double check your reservations before you go to any restaurant on property.

Where do I begin?!?! 1- Upon arrival the bus operator brought us to the wrong hotel, where we waited on line for 25 minutes just to be told we were in the wrong place. 2- Found several roaches crawling around the dining area several times. 3- Several areas we closed for construction. 4- Italian restaurant took an hour to bring dinner. Which was not fresh at all. 5- Pool was closed by 6pm and didn't open until 8am. 6- Was not allowed throw-out the entire resort even though it was all-inclusive. 7- No one came around to offer food or drinks AT ALL. 8- They only provided 1 towel, and you always had to have a towel card. 9- We were locked out of our rooms at 8am on our last day. Then had to walk far to the lobby to get a key card that they did not program correctly. Then had to wait 20 minutes in the heat for security to come open the door. 10- During check out the receptionist was rude and texting and talking to others while checking me out. She did not provide me with the information requested and was a bit rude. 11- The transportation bus to the airport, came and left like 5-10 minutes early, causing us to have to take a shuttle to the other hotel to catch them. 12- The elevator is poorly miss labeled. 13- The was no assistance offered for baggage upon checkout. Safe to say I won't be staying here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. I will say most of the employees were Plesant and somewhat helpful.

Toilet leaked on the floor the whole 5-days we were there , maintenance guy looked at and said day shift will have to fix , we walked through water the whole time we were there, the more we asked to fix the more we were ignored, also we chose your resort because of the number of restaurants, we were given choice of 2- nights , second night was a late reservation we didn’t go , I think we should be refunded because of our bad experience, we come to the Caribbean 2- times a year , this was a bad vacation
