「We enjoyed our stay. And do recommend this resort. However, we were not happy that the pool closes at 7. At times, we were quite bored. The entertainment staff was great. Lady T and Chocolate have so much energy!!! But there were times when nothing was happening. You can’t walk to anything. Taxi to Ocho Rios was $120 No restaurants close except those inside the resort. Reservations were MANDATORY for dinner but when we went to eat, more than half the tables were empty. So, why...

「Pro and cons. My plan was to sit at the resort and not do anything else. Pros Round trip airport shuttle Food included/drinks Clear beach next door Boat/kayak Lifeguard on deck Cons Didn’t feel welcomed when dining there. The servers weren’t very friendly. There are more pros than cons, but I know customer service can either make or break your trip. This was definitely a break moment. Would I stay here again, no.」

「First off, on arrival the room was dark and a little dated with mismatched flooring tiles. The main bed room ceiling light did not work, neither did the side table light. I called downstairs to receptionist and was informed that maintenance was gone for the day and they would send someone to change the side table light but the ceiling light would be fixed the following day. A drink credit was given for the inconvenience. No one ever came to fix the ceiling light the next day. The refrigerator...
