“The resort is currently under construction, so it isn't completely open for all walkable areas. Overall, it was still a beautiful place to vacation. They didn't mention when it would be complete with its renovations. Most pools are completely open, the beach is accessible and the amenities can still be used. The resorts restaurants aren't open every night at this time but there is one open every night for dinner reservations.”

“Absolutely loved this resort! The staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to accommodate any requests, with a smile on their face. Ruth, Shavel and team at the Spa gave us wonderful massages. Cons: Dinner food was okay, but not great. Steak and lamb were so tough, we could not cut through them with our knife. Fish had several bones in them on 3 different occasions. Breakfast buffet was great. The jerk chicken was the bomb!”

“I loved everything about the room except the fact i was unable to use the tub that was in my room. I suggest you tell customers that even tho the tub will be in the room they wouldn't be able to have it filled, but they can choose to keep it or take a standing shower instead. Overall the property and it's staff was truly amazing. This was my second visit and i will be back.”

“Stayed for two weeks and this was not at all what I expected first room we stayed in had ac in the bedroom only in a already very hot climate this was not good no water pressure in the shower nor was the water hot, tv remote was broken in the living room the tv in bedroom wasn’t working nor had a remote eventually requested to be moved to another room though this room had water pressure in the shower, the ac didn’t keep the room cold had the go purchase a fan, ants all over the unit and had……
