This was our first time to Jamaica. We have always traveled with our thermal mugs and unfortunately we lost one at the pool. This was missing for a couple days however the staff tracked it down for us and even left a card with it in our room. The food was excellent. It was a bit of an adjustment taking the tram between the two sides but it arrives quickly and staying on the upper side gives a nice breeze at night

Our trip to Sandals was even better than we hoped. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and real conversations, making us feel truly welcome. The housekeeping team kept our room spotless, and their attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. What I noticed most was the unique charm of the property. The beautiful scenery, thoughtful design, and calm, relaxing atmosphere made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Sandals really makes you feel like you’re in your own private paradise.

I’ve traveled the world and I was pleasantly surprised by how kinda and attentive the staff was. They made the place what it is. It’s very clean because they work hard to keep it that way. I wish they didn’t have carpet bc it’s hard to keep clean or invest in an industrial carpet cleaner. Besides that it was great! Food was good.

The Ambiance of the hotel was spectacular. However the room that we stayed in needs to be renovated. The bathroom was outdated and the room had no balcony that you can use.

The property was beautiful and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Savaugn was very helpful and always offering the card ride up and down since my sister had an ankle injury. Front desk was great. Restaurants were good. The bartenders at the pool bar were very slow and don't acknowledge the guests at the bar tomatoes say, be right with you. we actually ended going to a different bar for our cocktails.

Big up Sandals Ochi. The resort was emasculate and the staff were very helpful and polite. I just want to shout out both Patrice's from the front desk and entertainment sections. They both made my stay unforgettable. My villa was amazing and the housekeeping staff were on point. I will definitely stay here again. I love the fact that I could eat somewhere different every day and even eat at crazy hours on the morning thanks to some places being open until 2am.
