“I will say this was better than I was expecting. Reading the reviews before hand made me feel like I made a mistake booking this place but it turned out to be pretty awesome. The room had a weird smell to it and they close the pools at 6pm which was stupid but other than that it was a pretty good resort. Drinks are poured strong, if you are looking for a party resort then this is it.”

“The stay was okay, Our room didn’t strike me as “remodeled” considering rust stains on the bathroom mirror and our balcony door did not lock. Food was a hit or miss day to day and for an adult only location we thought entertainment would be more exciting and lasted past 11pm.”

“First, the front desk was not friendly. No one greeted us. I must give credit to the guys who bring the luggage to the room; they were more welcoming than the front desk people. My room was not the cleanest. Service was bad. The front desk never told us where anything was or what time breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served. There was a lack of entertainment. I'm confused about how it's an all-inclusive resort with little to no music being played, and when it is playing, you hear the DJ doing……

“We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at Couples Tower Isle! Our room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked amazingly—which made coming back to the room after a day in the Jamaican sun so comfortable. The food was incredible, even at the buffet! We truly couldn’t have asked for more helpful, friendly, and accommodating staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our vacation special. “Mixed experience overall. Check-in was frustrating. We were told to wait until 3 PM, but when we returned, we were repeatedly asked to wait another 15 minutes for a housekeeping supervisor to inspect the room. After waiting and being told the same thing again, we were understandably annoyed and exhausted. Thankfully, another staff member was able to offer us a different room, which we accepted.
