“I had an okay stay here, largely thanks to the attentive and professional staff who really do their best to look after guests. However, there are several areas where the hotel could improve the guest experience. The most disappointing aspect was the pool area. All of the pools seemed to lack proper filtration; the water was filled with particles and felt uncomfortably warm rather than refreshing. Additionally, many of the pool chairs were dirty. The showers by the beach and pool also suffered……

“I have stayed here several times and loved it every time. With this stay, I had a great time. But upon check in, the room I booked was not available despite me emailing a couple weeks prior to arrival to confirm my booking. We were "upgraded" which was not an upgrade. We booked a 2 bed room and was given 2 rooms with king bed. This was not an upgrade in that my nephew (18 yo) then had to share a bed with his grandmother. With our original booking he would have had his own bed. We were offered to……

“The resort was not what it claimed to be. The rooms smelled of mold, the bedsheets were dirty, there was a huge hole in my wall. The pools closed at 6 and. The beach was closed. No where to swim in the ocean. No kayaks or snorkeling spots only one swim at bar that took forever to get a drink. The staff were rude except for the entertainment crew. The entertainment was not good. They were playing 70s music only had one event in the evening long lines to get into the buffet. The ceiling fell in……
