I cannot express how much I love Toby’s! The staff and location are unbeatable! Rooms are average but clean and the bed was comfy, equipped with working AC/mini fridge, we even got to watch Netflix! We also loved hanging out on the balcony. The whole place is painter in the cutest color, and there is even a mural for photo ops! There is a wonderful restaurant with great prices, two pools, (one right next to the restaurant to enjoy breakfast or lunch) there’s a bar by the pool with the nicest most accommodating bartenders (shoutout to Orlando!!) and the women at the front desk are absolutely the kindest souls. Saved us from being scammed to pay $150 more for a taxi to Negril than we should have! Bless those folks! Also the walk to the bars (Margaritaville and Pier 1 on the beach) is less than 5 min! The beach at Docs beach club is perfect for everyday beach and fun or just stay at the pools in the resort and have a blast! Can also walk east toward sunset beach but there is a bit of damage that way right now from the hurricane (but this is why we go to support the locals!) Everyone in Jamaica is so kind, and fun! They love life there & now we do too! Def would come back again! I already miss it!

Room wasnt equipped with necessary items... no mini fridge, kettle. Also housekeeping was bad... room wasnt sweeped or mopped on a daily basis. Furniture was very dusty.

One of my pillow cases were dirty. (This happened twice). The shower knob had issues once but it ended up working. The fire stick was not for if you didn’t have your own account. I was able to watch from whoever previous accounts were on there; however if it exceeded the limit of who was watching I couldn’t watch a show. No local tv stations which was unfortunate; not even the news. No free Netflix or anything so would not be able to enjoy tv. No microwave or complementary bottled water (even just two bottles for the whole stay would have been nice). The pool was dirty, I didn’t see any filters and there was always a constant film on top of the water so I never got in. No body wash and we didn’t get more hand soap until the day prior to leaving.

My room was great.. the huge king size bed was very comfortable. the staff there is great. housekeeping very friendly, Carleen and Tamara at the front desk always greet me like an old friend. Toni, Orlando, Worrel in the dining hall are very nice and remember how i like my food.

My stay at Toby’s Resort was good overall. The staff were friendly and responsive, and I had no issues during my stay. However, at checkout I was asked to return additional key cards that I was never given. I received only one key at check-in, so being questioned about extra keys was frustrating and unnecessary. Management should ensure accurate communication at check-in to avoid putting guests in uncomfortable situations at checkout.

Det var helt greit her, man får det man betaler for. Rommet var fint og det var deilige bassengområder. De som jobbet i resepsjonen var service-innstilte. Doen på rommet fungerte dårlig. Gikk ikke å spyle ned ordentlig og den lagde en pipelyd i tide og utide, som var plagsomt.

Everything was perfect. The staff, the room, the pool, the FOOD. The food was amazing. This is the best place I’ve ever stayed in my life. It’s not a tacky all inclusive resort. This is a real Jamaican resort and I can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely be going back.

It was a nice resort the food was a 10/10. i only didn’t like the Alfredo it was sweet. The food is no more than 20$. The only problem I had was the house cleaning staff tried to steal my wood I left on the balcony in the ashtray. She said she threw it away. I asked can she look for it or can you give me the bag to look. She came back with the wood which was not dirty or looked like it was in the trash. So I recommend not leaving anything out.
