“We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Zilara, although we cut it a day short due to Hurricane Melissa. This was my first trip to Jamaica. The staff was friendly and customer-centric and the views of the beach and ocean were beautiful! Only dined at the buffett for breakfast and lunch (Choicez) but breakfast was soooo good. The Italian restaurant was our favorite specialty restaurant and our server, Ashonie I think his name was, gave five-star service! He was the sweetest and fulfilled every……

“We were there during the hurricane.The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe, well fed and entertained as we dealt with this catastrophe. Many of the staff hadn't been home in days. Didn't know if they had a home to go to or even if family members were okay. But they continued to take care of us with a positive attitude always. Even during the hurricane they continued to serve excellent food throughout the day. The Managers all jumped in to help with……

The owners Shane and Terry ensured that all of the guests had cooked food daily, wifi to connect with our friends and families as well as to ensure that a generator was in place to give us AC at night so that we slept comfortably, although the situation was devastating we felt safe, big up yourself Shane, you are thr true definition of what it means to be resilient.
