"Me my family spent a week at Toby Resort and the resort was as it looked on the web the room was amazingly clean and daily rooms were cleaned and changed bedding daily was nice to sleep on clean sheets everyday enjoyed the coffee which was free in the room daily, we eat breakfast, lunch and dinner on the resort all food was fresh and loads to eat great menu. There was two bars one in the restaurant and second at the poolside the bar staff are great and always smiling. The cleaning staff was wonderful we will stay here again. I would like to say thank you to everyone at Toby resort for making our holiday AMAZING."

"The entire staff at this resort were very friendly, accommodating and smiling all the time. This was a welcoming experience because it’s very rare at most resorts in Jamaica where the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The only downside didn’t realize that both properties were that close in proximity that would have help for better planning for this particular trip. No iron in any of the rooms had to call twice before receiving one. Jerome at the Xayama restaurant was amazing. The buffet was typical don’t really care for buffet however the à la carte restaurants were good."

"This was our first time at this resort. The property has a wonderful feel, set in the Montego Bay area. The location is spacious and the views are both stunning and gorgeous!! The beach is small but the beach access is extremely easy. The amenities are wonderful, and the entertainment is lively and very well-planned. The restaurants offer significant variety and the food is wonderful. But here is the hidden gem - the staff! The staff - customer service staff, restaurant wait staff and housekeeping staff are top notch, professional and very attentive, without being overbearing. This resort is a can’t miss! A true gem of the Caribbean!!!"

"This is one of the best experiences we have had and we are very seasoned travelers. Elsewhere is like a private all inclusive. From Kasandra’s amazing cooking and activity management to Rafic and Kennrick making sure you are well taken care of through the day and Maureen keeping everything very clean and tidy. Like others have said don’t waste your time at restaurants Kasandras cooking is amazing. The house is very quiet, beds super comfortable and the outside lounge area is so relaxing. The kids lived in the pool for the week, we made use of the kayaks and paddle boards every day. You can swim in the sea at the property but need to go out further for good snorkeling. We absolutely loved not having to get ready to go to eat anywhere and just had to get out of the pool and make your way to the table."

"The property was amazing! Plenty of space- large bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. Location- gated community, close to the airport and activities; in a calm bay where the kids can kayak, paddle board and canoe. Service- Arlene was an exceptional chef; OD made all reservations and arranged all rides and excursions; Kerinne kept the house immaculate. They made the whole trip! "
