"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. Our Chef Mark created dishes from heaven that tasted like a five star restaurant meals, Ms Latoya made sure we had all of the essentials we needed, and Garfield is the groundskeeper who will take care of the villa, also he will take you want to go snorkeling. "All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

"I traveled with my two daughters and we spent 5 days at Moon Palace. It was awesome! Our rooms were gorgeous. The Spa was fabulous! I got a massage, facial, and pedi. The facilities and entire experience at the Spa were amazing. Soo much to do and the food was delicious!! The only thing I didn’t care for was the switch up with the “presentation.” They don’t do time shares but they do lure you into a presentation and your kids have to be there too, for hours. They want you to sign up and they aren’t too nice when you decline. My sister’s family was there and they had a similar experience. So 10s across the board for the entire experience, just be wary of the “presentation” however they do give you spa credits/resort credits. Just stay strong lol and book your stay! You will not regret it! I’m totally going to stay at another Moon Palace next summer, they have so many locations!!"

"As two young females going to have a night out. We felt very safe due to the level of security given and communication. Damien and his coworker were very thoughtful and ensured the room was comfortable with AC on and that we were connected to Wi-Fi. The breakfast was delicious and very filling . The Manager on the day was welcoming and a little flexible with us which we really appreciated , the cleaning Lady does a fantastic job and we believe she is definitely an attribute to your company. Additionally we really appreciate the night staff Damien & co worker (I think that’s his name) due to them looking out for our safety at a night out. We look forward to coming again soon thank you from Miss White."
