"The room was spotless and very clean. However, our check-in was delayed because the room was not ready. If an upgrade is offered, guests should not be kept waiting until 4:30 p.m. to check in. To me, an upgrade means the room is ready upon arrival."

The front desk team was always helpful and kind, making check-in and any questions easy and stress-free. Housekeeping was absolutely superb—special thanks to Nadia, who kept my room spotless every single day. Her hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The complimentary breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Big thanks to the chef and all the dining room staff for consistently great service. Overall, shout-out to all the staff, even though I don’t remember everyone’s name. Your professionalism and warmth made this stay special. One love ❤️ I’ll definitely be back—no other hotel for me. "This hotel stay was fabulous. The staff were super friendly and joyful in their approach. This was a contrast to other hotels ive been to. The hotel itself was top. Definitely a step up to the Rui in Ochi, but not ar Sandals level. We ate at the 4 a la cartes and they were all great. Our fave was the Asian. Great shows and bars. There is too much good stuff I can say. A special shout out to Faith on check-in, she was an absolute star and role model."
