I took my wife to the princess grand hotel and resort for our 10 year anniversary. And I can say from the moment we got there everything was perfect. The host that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. The assistant manager Ingrid Walker was the best. She helped me make every plan I had not only possible but special. I can’t thank Mrs Walker and Oron the guest service representative enough. Overall the Princess Grand was great!!! We will definitely stay there again whenever we return.

Resort is beautiful and the staff knows how to do hospitality really well. Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. Food was great and we loved our room. Other guests can be loud at night and we ended up changing rooms due to our noisy neighbors. No fault of the resort. They easily accommodated our request to do so. I recommend putting a rolled up towel in front of the entry door when sleeping if you’re a light sleeper to cut down on noise from the hallway and loud guests. The floor is tile and the sound comes under the gap in between the floor and door. Overall we would definitely stay here again and felt safe having our family there. Great job Princess Grand team!

I recently stayed at the Princess Grand Resort and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, there was a very strong sewage odor in our room and throughout several areas of the resort. The smell was overwhelming and made it difficult to feel comfortable during our stay. The toilet in our room was also constantly clogging after almost every use, which was very inconvenient and clearly shows there are maintenance issues that need attention. On top of that, the fire alarm would go off every time we took a shower. Security had to come knocking on our door each time to check why the alarm was triggered, which happened repeatedly and disrupted our stay. What made things even more concerning was that many of the staff members themselves were openly complaining about the sewage issues and the difficult working conditions at the resort. Hearing this from employees made it clear that these problems are ongoing and not just a one-time issue. Overall, the resort looks nice in photos, but the serious maintenance and sanitation problems made the stay very unpleasant. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this resort based on our experience.

We spent 4 nights here recently at the Grand on the family side. The staff wère amazing! the food was quite good. The favorite was the food truck (curry chicken patties were the fan fave) and the Jamrock Restaurant but the buffet pretty good too. The hotel has a ton going on and entertainment was not short. Our kids had a ball spending hours swimming and using the waterslides daily we loved the nightly shows, the entertainment was high in quality! Overall it was a wonderful time with the family. Now there were a few inconsistencies we noticed: Our mini bar was not restocked two nights in a row, the snacks were restocked once. We had booked two rooms and asked a few times for them to be at least close together if not side by side and while they did say they would try to accommodate us the followimg day, it fell through and the other room ended up on another floor and quite a distance away. This part made no sense to me. Especially since we asked specifically to be close together. While disappointing we worked with it and still had a good time. The beach was rocky, consistent with most of the reviews but the views were stunning from every single angle. We would certainly go back.

Excellent place for families and couples. My wife and I spent 9 days here and didn’t even feel the need to leave the resort. So peaceful and serine. We enjoyed the food mostly, MVP sports bar was below average. But all the other restaurants were fantastic and FOOD TRUCKS! The beach, the sun, the spa, the gym….. what else could you need!

The staff is extremely friendly and the food is good considering it’s an all-inclusive resort. We stayed at a swim out junior suit and it was spacious. The hotel has two big pools and a small beach area. It is far from the airport, about 1.5 hours.

10/10 experience. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful ocean view. Beautiful pools. 4 à la carte restaurants. All were very good. All 4 are not open every night, so plan ahead to visit all restaurants when they’re open. Overall, staff was very nice. Some went above and beyond. A lot of entertainment as well. Kids show and adult show every night. The kids club was one of the best I’ve seen. Kids can be dropped off, if 3 years old. Or parents can hang out with them inside the kids club. The entire resort is very clean and new. Great water temp and pressure in hotel rooms. Free ocean activities, snorkeling, kayaks, paddleboards and pedal boats. Negril is a short drive if wanting to get off compound. $40 each way for a taxi seemed to be the “non rip off” tourist price.

As soon as we got there, we were met with the most friendliest staff and escorted to our seats for check in. Check in was very easy and smooth. The entirety of our stay, the staff was excellent, the property was very well taken care of, the food was great, and we felt safe the entire time with security walking around. This was our honeymoon, and it was absolutely worth it!

Beautiful resort.Very clean, modern & welcoming. had two food trucks near the water park. I must say I did enjoy my stay but with a few hiccup our flight was delayed,arrived at the hotel late 7:30pm 8pm. We were seated while a staff member checked us in, they did not explain or informed us of anything.. just gave us our bracelets/ room key. There a barcode on the “ room key “ holder that another hotel guest a day later told us to down load and we could see what is happening through the days in the resort/ room service menu/restaurants etc. My biggest problem. I reserved a double bed suite since it would be my cousin a guy and me staying. When I got to my room it was single bed .. I called reception and was basically told that unfortunately first come first with rooms That they could accommodate me tomorrow and that the sofa bed can be used. They informed me room service would come and set it up. We left get something to eat and when we returned no one had came to set up or bring estar covers and pillows for the sofa bed. Called informed and someone showed up opened the sofa bed , no pillows or blankets and left. Next morning went to the lobby early, request a room change and was told no rooms available and that maybe they could accommodate me tomorrow. Wait what?i reserved two beds!ask if there were rooms available with two beds in the adults only side,but I would be charged extra fee, so it was sleep on a sofa bed or pay a fee to get the extra bed you reserve.

Bel hôtel au premier regard, mais on est plus près d’un 4,5★ que d’un vrai 5★. Le club Platinum vaut vraiment la peine. La nourriture au restaurant Platinum est excellente et la zone réservée (piscine et chaises) est magnifique et très tranquille — parfait pour les adultes. Pas de plage réservée au Platinum, contrairement à ce qui est annoncé et le kids club Platinum est fermé jusqu’à nouvel ordre. Donc aucun avantage supplémentaire pour les enfants avec cette option. Les concierges sont exceptionnels et ont vraiment amélioré notre séjour (réservations de cabanas et de restaurants). Sans butler, l’attente aux restaurants peut dépasser une heure. Points forts : Hôtel avec beaucoup d’activités Super kids club (nos filles qui n’aiment habituellement pas ça ont adoré) Glissades d’eau et mini parc aquatique vraiment géniaux Points faibles : La finition de l’hôtel laisse à désirer. On voit beaucoup de traces de peinture et des travaux faits rapidement. Mais le pire… les cocktails. C'est probablement les pires cocktails que j’ai vus dans un resort. Exemple : rhum dans une margarita. Les jus sont mauvais et plusieurs ingrédients manquent, donc on se retrouve avec des cocktails dignes d’un 2★, servis dans de petits verres en plastique réutilisés. Si vous aimez la bière, ça va. Sinon… attendez-vous à être déçu. Petit conseil : apportez un mug. Dernier point : la plage est assez rocailleuse, apportez vos souliers d'eau

This is a beautiful property. It’s still recovering from the hurricane so the casino was not open. Very clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. However, everyone is working for tips so have cash handy. Fun activities, food is ok. Get there early if you want to dine at one of the restaurants. Wait lists are long.
