These individuals made this trip a trip to remember . Our interactions with each of these staff members was incredible.……

Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really……

“Very authentically Jamaican. You are not staying at a high end secluded resort, you are staying with Jamaicans. The food is authentically Jamaican, the entertainment is Jamaican. The beach was great, service was great (Taniki, Loretta, and Donovan). Comfortable and clean.”

“The resort is astonishingly beautiful - so bright and clean. The food was amazing also, like outstanding!!! The hotel layout made finding everything super easy also and we loved our swim-up suite. All the pool furniture in the Azure pool was also very fun and made it easy to find a place to chill. Would definitely go back!!!”

Never had to wait for a lounge by the pool or on the beach. I was looking for a place to snorkel without going on an excursion, and this fit the bill. There are coral reefs right in front of the place.”

“Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, and staff was friendly, fun, and helpful. It was difficult to make dinner reservations so we were only able to eat at two of the specialty restaurants but the buffet food was good. My only complaint was the snack bar. Even though it’s on the beach and near the pool you couldn’t go in there with a bathing suit on, which was a little annoying during the day when you wanted to get a snack while being at the pool. Otherwise we had a great time and……
