The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. 「Best value for money in Kingston. Safe, clean apartment with everything you need for self-catering and great air-conditioning and wi-fi. So close to the US Embassy, our trip went smoothly. Only issue is that check-in is very late and check-out is very early.」

The cost was a fraction of a room at the Marriott. Mark the manage was very helpful as well. It is worth giving this apartment a try.」

「This is a good place to stay if you are in Kingston for a week or more and want a comfortable central location. 」

「The property was double booked the first two days leaving us without a place to stay. The property manager said he booked another place when we got there that was also not available. We spent several hours late in the evening until we were finally able to get a temporary booking. Communication was extremely poor overall it was hard initially to get a hold of the property owner although we had paid in advance our accommodations was not available first two days. 」

「If you are thinking about staying here, don’t think about it too much JUST BOOK! It has absolutely everything you possibly need. Nearby to good restaurants, clubs, supermarkets, gas stations etc. Debbie and Kevin are such a great host... she has a lot of patience to explain everything you need to know, she answers quickly whenever you email the property and also she will help you find places to visit if you don’t have an idea of what you want to do while you are in Kingston. My staying at this...
