"This is my 4th stay at the rok hotel and I must say I loved it there very essential to everything. Hotel is well kept clean rooms are clean staff is very helpful with anything you need. Everyone there is so nice and make you feel at home. Very nice hotel. Much better than the pegus hotel.i give it a 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I liked the location of the property that it's close to Knucksford Blvd, hence to public transportation, Emancipation park and the commercial area. I noticed that parking is available on site to people who rented vehicles. I also liked the trees at the locale, and having a balcony which I used regularly. The facility was clean; cleaned daily by the staff. I love that the bed sheets and linen smell like fresh laundry. The mattress was very comfortable. The daily breakfast was delicious, with local menu: the staff was engaging and pleasant. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel."

"This is not personal but please stay somewhere else! The community is gated which is great! However at 11am I called asked about early check-in and the address as I could not get to customs without an address she gave me a random address and told me she would have someone reach out about the early check-in I never heard from anyone once we went looking for the address she gave it was not correct she then sent me on another goose chase to find the one I’ll be staying in. They are happy about the little small renovations they’ve done but they’re terrible the tub is too tall somebody is gonna break their neck! Mold on the ceiling in the shower, the chairs are dirty and rubbed out and need changing out! The refrigerator does not get cold! Then on today it’s time to leave and they have us stuck at the gate for like 20 minutes waiting for it to open so we could leave the property… good area. But they need to step the level of service and repair the unit!"

"The property was nice and the majority of the staff were very professional and polite. We did run into a problem with the drain in the shower not draining. When we brought this matter to the attention of housekeeping they didn't seem like they were interested in solving the problem quickly. After a few conversations and the drain not being able to be adequately cleared we were transferred to a new room. We escalated the issue to management and Ms. Edwards made it right. She was grateful for our concerns and issues and certainly made us feel like valued clients. We would definitely return to the Pegasus in New Kingston. Overall the hotel is safe, professional and great with clients."

"I would give the Terra Nova 3 stars. The main reason for this lower rating was the state of the bathroom, the toilet had a clear seal applied right over a layer of black grime, leaving it looking absolutely dirty. For a high-end hotel, I definitely expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail."
