Stay was horrible. No air conditioning, remote not working. Poor customer service. Staff not pleasant. No maintenance on sight to visit AC. Not able to call front desk phone in room not working no dial tone. Remote control not would work to cut TV off. Had to take TV off wall to unplug. No manager on site to address issues and concerns. Breakfast was cold, not pleasant. Left number with manager to call regarding call. Manager not call we check out at 9 no call back regarding stay. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone as a foreigner. Terrible customer service.

First night stay Presidential suite.Rm 212 upon checking out for day called for towels no one brought towels to room. Staff was screaming on floor that morning around 7 am, extremely loud talking from staff woke me and my significant other up. Asked for towels and was clothes hotel staff said they were washing waited Hours still not Would have cancelled after first night's stay but I had already booked and it would not allow me to cancel. Next day stay Rm 213 tried different room, no ac, phone no dial tone, no maintenance on staff, no hotel staff to fix the issue. TV remote not working. I am extremely disappointed in this hotel as service was horrible I would like to request refund. Manager was not on site, left number with front desk for manager to call. No call as of yet we left hotel at 9 am hotel front desk said manger would be in around 930. No call yet to ask about experience stay. So disappointed as we paid over 300 dollars for a horrible experience.

I chose this property mainly due to its location near the US embassy - it was a pick-up/drop-off location for a tour I was going on into the Blue Mountains. The rooms they have are fine - fairly small (at least the one I was in), but well laid out; bathroom was clean and recently remodelled; the water was a bit iffy from the faucet, though. It also had working air conditioning, which was a nice change from my previous location. The service was not-so-great: their service staff didn't show up to open their restaurant (ended up going across the street), and no one was available at 2 PM to access their convenience store. (There's a shopping center just down the road, though.) The desk receptionists were fine, though. That being said - there's an Indian hooka bar/dance club right across the street that serves good food - nice folks that run it (I had lunch there, and it was exellent), but they are loud at night, and kept me awake. (but it was Saturday night, so maybe that's an exception to the general rule.) The general area around the hotel is actually decent for some things - the Bob Marley museum is just down the road (I walked to it), there's a decent-sized shopping center a block down the other direction, and the aforementioned hooka bar/dance studio with excellent food is across the street. However, I wouldn't call it a "fun" location - more "servicable".

Parking may be an issue which seems to be a practice of blocking cars in. If you’re here for a critical meeting, I would ensure your transportation is near the front gate. Other than that, all was okay for pricing.

The walls in the room were dirty, the mimi refrigerator was dirty, the toilet couldn't flush properly without holding down the lever. Also there was no Ac in the lobby. I had to ask the young lady if she had to work in the heat all day Only then did she say sorry and proceeded to turn on the AC.

A layover pleasure

It was more so a lay over stop until a suitable time to drive to St. Ann. Place is clean, good service, and the staff is friendly. There is bar/restaurant upstairs, and enjoyed their breakfast. The hotel is located on a main and not far from landmarks.
