Breakfast started at 8, I had 5:30 am checkout, front desk staff did her duty. Room was dated but clean, didn’t even know/remember that there was a pool. Quick business trip, central and safe location, it did the job, should charge less for the hotel though.

Yes all went well - staff is amazing especially Claudette in restaurant and also ladies at the front desk ! They have quick and reliable taxi service with gentleman ROCKY who is a true star. I was pleased to see such excellent customer service in Kingston Jamaica.

On my visit the cleaning staff forgot to clean the room for 1 day out of my 9 day stay or they forgot to put soup or a shower mat back in the room after cleaning. This hotel is good only just for sleeping and not to stay and enjoy the pool or to relax at. The Jamaican breakfast was delicious although the portions were small and the staff was friendly and professional. The other staff were very friendly and helpful. It was mango season and I think they could have offered their guest mangoes or some kind of mango dessert or drink free since the mangos were going to waste.

The breakfast options were good and the staff was pleasant. The evening receptionist was very helpful. The location is good. Think of it like a upscale bed and breakfast I didnt like that our room hot water was not working and we couldnt get help with our bags because the person was not there yet.
