“Communal areas in the hotel were stylish, comfortable and immaculately kept. Staff are an asset, absolutely every single one of them appeared to want to be there and make your stay as special as possible. Breakfast was lovely, great choice, local produce and all freshly prepared. We stayed in a "Cosy Double" - room 10 - we knew it would be small (and it really was) so I can't really complain about that but I have to say it wasn't very well kept. Greeted by really lovely and friendly staff, we arrived at 12.30 and popped in to find out if we needed to register our car, we were told our room was actually ready and able to check in early which was a bonus. They explained how everything worked and we booked a slot in the pool for later in the afternoon. Upon entering the room we were very impressed with the size of it and the volume of storage.
