“Room was adequate and clean with a quirkie toilet under the stairs behind the door inside the room that I hadn’t noticed. Sarah is lovey, friendly and a really lovely host, however should be a little more direct and forceful of her rules ( ie check out times and parking). Parking is not the best as when full at least 2 cars will be blocked in completely - and annoyingly she kept trying to encourage me to park round the corner on the road- which I did not want to do ( hence booking a b&b with car……

“Everything about our stay was amazing! The B&B was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Nikki was a fantastic host who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Merlin, the very well-mannered dog, who was an absolute delight! If you’re looking for a place with a genuine personal touch, this is definitely the place to come. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended! Thank you Nikki 😊”

“The property is in a great location to access beaches and other attractions. It is spacious and reasonably well equipped. Also the onsite amenities are included in the price , swimming, crazy golf ect . Unfortunately the property could do with a little maintenance especially the downstairs bathroom . The shower pole is falling of the wall and you cannot put the sink plug and the tap is very loose . The cleaners leave alot to be desired. This is a shame because it just needs a bit of attention……

“Excellent location for both the beach and amenities, not to mention St Michaels’s Mount! We very much enjoyed our stay. We can thoroughly recommend both the Chapel Rock Café located directly opposite the cottage, together with The King’s Arms for a lovely meal, just a few minutes walk away. Also, the host is quick to respond. Just a few niggles… My husband is just over 6ft tall and did bang his head on the low ceilings downstairs a few times. Bedroom three is extremely tight to have a……
