  • Beautiful modern (built in 2022) and spacious 4 bedroom home in the quiet, safe neighbourhood of Cornwall, just minutes from Charlottetown and shopping areas and a short drive to the main tourist sights and beaches.
    Along with the kitchen, living space and dining area, the main level also has 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The spacious, finished basement includes a home gym, tv room, full bath and bedroom.
    The property includes a covered deck and a large backyard.

Very modern property, very clean and well kept, host is super easy to communicate with, we had an excellent and enjoyable stay!

Katherine, the host, was very friendly and promptly answered any questions that we had. The location allowed us to visit many different parts of the island: Souris, Basin Head Beach, Charlottetown, among others. If you don't want to drive very far to go to the beach, we visited one that was 20 minutes away that was beautiful and the kids really enjoyed their time finding crabs, and clams. The house was very spacious and our 3 teenagers enjoyed having their separate rooms. We had debated whether or not to rent a place that was very close to a beach vs this guest house however, we decided on this house because of the amount of space it has, and its location.
