「If I could give this property a million stars I would!!! The service is beyond top notch, we have stayed in 5 star hotels before and this is the best service by far. 「飯店位於City Hall前方廣場旁，所以安全無虞，同時，離市區景點都很近(除了貝倫區及阿法瑪區之外)，步行15～20分鐘內都可到達。算是小型飯店，裝潢風格較復古。服務人員都很年輕、親切，服務也很好，每天還會贈送小禮物及問候卡片，很貼心。唯一的小缺點是，飯店不在馬路旁，前方是下City Hall停車場的車道，也沒有明顯的招牌，如果搭計程車或uber前往，若司機不熟悉，可能會有困難找到飯店。」

「In Chiado on a side street just a short walk to the water and sights. For me perfectly located for a self guided walking tour from the castle to green street!. But for those out of shape , with disability or with a stroller its a hike up the hill. The hotel is charming and the rooms very clean and well-appointed with a very nice kitchen setup plus a washer. Enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay again!」

「Lovely hotel with amazing staff! We were celebrating our dual birthdays and got upgraded to an exterior view room with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and wine upon check in. Parking was also convenient (we rented a car) - only a few minutes walk down the street. Rooms were clean, the hotel seems recently renovated and we were in an ideal location close to many restaurants, shops and landmarks. Would highly recommend this hotel!」
