Fireplace did not work.Carpet was dirty in various places.Cobwebs throughout house.HVAC registers were filthy.Windows needed to be cleaned.Thick dust on top of refrigerator.CFL light bulbs were not adequate.Some lights did not work or flickered when turned on.Sliding door on top floor hard to open and had no screen.

No gas for fireplace

Lovely house. However we were disappointed to only have the fireplace for two of the days. It ran out of gas and was not resupplied. January rentals and folks want a working fireplace.
