- Always Included, complimentary linens and made beds! Come enjoy everything Monterey Shores and Sea Emerald has to offer. Located close to the Community Clubhouse and pool. Amenities also include biking and walking trails, two community piers for fishing or crabbing (NC License IS required!), playground, three basketball courts, 4 tennis courts, and an outdoor children's and adult swimming pool.
