“Great Beach house, cleanest one I have ever been in!”

“All 16 family members gathered in this lovely property for a fantastic week. The home was perfect providing space for 8 adults and kids from 21 to 6 to have space. Proximity to the beach was perfect. The pool and patio adjacent to the pool provided great afternoon gathering space. The elevator was a great help in bringing groceries in and the kitchen provided all that was needed to prep meals for a crowd. Definitely a home designed for a large gathering looking to make seaside memories.”

“We had an incredible stay at the Mark Twain Oceanfront home from March 2 to March 4. The property was spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for our group getaway. The amenities were exactly what we were looking for—plenty of room for everyone to spread out, a fully stocked kitchen, a private pool and hot tub, and direct beach access just steps from the back door.One of the most magical parts of our stay was seeing the wild horses right outside the property! “We had a good stay overall; however, there are a few things the host could address to make the experience truly memorable for a house of 8 bedrooms:1. It would be helpful to have at least one toilet roll provided in each bathroom, as this is a basic necessity.2. More kitchen items would enhance the stay—such as additional kitchen rolls, more dishwasher pods, and basic staples like salt, pepper, and sugar.3. The house could benefit from pest control, as we spotted several bugs during our stay.4.……

“This house accommodated our extended family quite well. We were a bit crowded in the upstairs gathering space. The main windows for viewing the ocean were obscured due to the seals being compromised. That was disappointing. There were small issues like insufficient flatware for the capacity of the house; the kitchen was otherwise nicely appointed. “Microwave door broken, Ice dispenser did not work, Hot tube temp could not be adjusted. Water damage in home with MOLD throughout the home. Would not recommend for families with mold sensitivity . ”
