「We stayed here for a week in mid June and had a wonderful time. The home was as described and the host was very responsive. We had a few minor issues that were immediately addressed. The kids loved the pool and the beach, as did the adults. We had daily dolphin shows and the sunsets were stunning from the front porch. The location is perfect and convenient to both Duck and Corolla. Don’t miss the wild horses! Truly a memorable family vacation.」

「This was the perfect place for us! We did a lot of fishing and crabbing from the dock. OBX beaches are less than a mile away. The host is very responsive. Great neighbor kitty who loved to visit with us. (And his mom was very nice and chatty too!)」

「Okay the property is very expensive for the price that I paid. So definitely no go and will not suggest this to anyone. Additionally, the host is very polite on the face of it, but is really unfair when it comes to the problem solving. Like literally, the bathroom knob was broken and the host is like IDC if someone come into the bathroom while you poop.」

「We had an amazing experience at this property. Katy was an incredible host. Very responsive and helpful. The home was clean, well stocked, and spacious. We loved having so many beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach toys to use. We loved the location. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. So close to the fun quaint boardwalk and to the beach. We paid extra for the golf cart and it was so worth it. We loved our time in Duck!」

This spot covered all the bases and if something at all is needed, Amber and Brett are at the ready to assist! Definitely will be back to OBX and will book this location when I do. Walking distance to grocery, entertainment, and beach!」

「This house was a perfect find in Duck for a couple families with small kids. The bedroom and bathroom situation worked well, property was clean, and location was great. Two things really stood out tho. First, when the property listing says the kitchen is well stocked, it's not an exaggeration. There are plenty of pans, utensils, even a pitcher. Everything is super clean too. But the best was the communication from the host- responsive and helpful at every turn. Thanks for the great stay!」
