The ground level is dedicated to gathering and making memories, with a massive rec space that leads directly to the private pool area. A pool table will provide hours of indoor entertainment, and the wet bar with full-size fridge is perfect for pool-side drinks and snacks. The pool can even be heated certain times of the year, ideal for Spring and Fall getaways.
During your stay at Koselig Kove, the entire family can take advantage of the exclusive community amenities offered by The Villages of Ocean Hill. A neighborhood beach access on Windance Lane is within walking distance from the house but also provides parking. The community's oceanfront pool on Sandcastle Drive is just a short drive away and also provides direct access to the beach, along with cabanas, a snack bar and ample parking. Additional amenities include a lakefront pool, playground, shuffleboard, volleyball and basketball. Weekly passes can be purchased for access to the fitness center and tennis courts. Nature lovers can explore the Currituck Banks Maritime Forest using the nearby walking trail. A 2-mile stretch of the newly paved bike lane connects the Villages at Ocean Hill to shopping and dining in the Corolla Light community.
