Top level: This astounding home is going to stand out from others! Beginning with the massive gourmet chef's kitchen (3 X the size of other houses this size!), appointed with everything you can imagine! All GE Monogram Commercial appliances include full-size double ovens, a French door top oven, a beautiful oversized island with bar stools, a microwave, and a prep sink. Equipped with every kitchen utensil, gadget, cooking, baking, eating, drinking, entertaining item you can think of, even a coffee bar station! The large dining table will host many family meals or be the perfect setting for evening games! The rec room leads out to the backyard oasis with the private saltwater pool, which can be heated for an additional $350! The pool is unique and offers a tanning ledge! Other outdoor amenities include a gas grill, hot tub, tiki bar, chairs, lounge chairs, TV, and music!!

All of our homes are equipped with wifi. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their hotspots or other cell phone service devices to provide internet access, especially if they need it for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
