Spent a week at this house and it was exactly as advertised. Perfect location for a family however we stayed with a group of friends

House is in a good location for beach access. House is dated and could use an update throughout and a deep cleaning. The kitchen cookware is few and far between and needs to be overhauled. There is no pantry and essentially no kitchen storage for food. We ended up using tables to store purchased food for the week.Home had no working cable/satellite tv. I contacted rental agency, but didn't receive any assistance that resolved any issues.

Unfortunately there were some issues, and overall we were disappointed. I’m not sure if you’ve been onsite to see the property, but the pictures do not accurately display the current status. Certain features were listed as an amenity, but were not functional. The foosball table is rusted and falling apart. The basketball goal is bent. The shower curtains and windows have black mold. There were also 3 rat bait stations surrounding the home, and made it difficult to ensure no one came into contact. I’m not sure why they would have 3 bait stations around a home that size? The downstairs room was not a habitable room. I have pictures if you need a reference of the status. I appreciate the property mangers professionalism and customer service, but I will have to provide a transparent rating and review of the property to ensure other families and personnel have an accurate description.
