Nice place.

We enjoyed our stay. The westher was perfect and loved the location. Very close to restaurants, beach, tourist attractions and shopping. Liked having to pool to relax in afer being at the beach. Ho tub was great fir evening relaxation.

Great house with really big pool. Home was very clean and kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need . Loved the outdoor bathroom..very convenient. Our family loved it here and would definitely come back again !

Very nice beach home

We had a very nice week in this home, as it has plenty of room for the number of people it can sleep. It was clean, less than 3 blocks to the beach and close to the Food Lion and Timbuck II - so great location! Just needs to provide bath rugs (so people don't slip on the tile floor) and more deck furniture, as that was limited. A great experience overall!

Perfect for our family. Pool used a lot due to riptides. House was close to beach and shopping and dining. We enjoyed, very comfortable. Just a couple of downers. Outside bathroom needed to be cleaned, upstairs tub was plugged.

Family Fun

We all enjoyed the house. Our daughters and I liked having 2 dishwashers. With our family that was quite convenient. The fact that there is a bedroom on the third floor was also convenient. The third floor was the area where we could all hangout in the evening after dinner. The porch area was much appreciated as well.

Family vaca

We were so pleased with this beautiful house. It was only a short walk to the beach which was fantastic. We especially loved getting to play pickleball and volleyball. When we arrived the branches hung to low over the court to play, but we let them know and they were out in a few days to cut them down. Thank you!!

Great layout; beach access somewhat inconvenient

Layout of the home is great. Bottom floor is ideal for families with children, you walk out to the pool and hot tub areas. Kitchen is well equipped. Beach access is somewhat inconvenient if you need to take chairs etc to the beach you will need to drive a street over to a parking lot then walk up and down several flights of steps. Everything else is perfect for an enjoyable vacation

Corolla Beach House

We had a great time in Corolla! House was very clean and big enough to accommodate our big crew! We were hoping to play pickleball but the trees hung too low over the court to play. The volleyball court had some me broken shards of glass we had to clean up. Other than that we had a great time! The beach access was nearby and it was a say walk/bike ride to the beach and stores, etc.!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Clearview very much and hope to rent for next year. Great pool, great outdoor space all together. Big, roomy, etc. The renovations were beautiful, very nice job. My only concern was that the water does not stay in the showers and we were always busy trying to keep the bathrooms dry with the new showers. They looked lovely though. Kitchen was well stocked and the GREAT room was ample space for all 14 of us! Short walk to the beach! All in all it was a wonderful home away from home.

WHL-20- Clear View

The house was clean and nicely decorated. The pool area could have been maintained a bit better. And the back yard was a disappointment. We wanted to play volleyball but after raking the sand, we found broken glass, nails, and chunks of concrete throughout the court. We tried to get as much as we could but for safety reasons, we chose not to play. The grass was about a foot high until Thursday when they cut it. Pickleball court was nice and we had a blast playing. Possibly making up the rules as we went along. We had to use maintenance for 2 minor issues and they came the next day and fixed everything. Very close proximity to shopping, grocery, and other amenities. Short walk to the beach, maybe half a mile but didn't actually measure. The process to checkin and out was super easy. Our family had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this house to others. If the fix some of the issues mentioned above. Oh, the Queen room on the second floor shower splashes a bunch of water on the floor. Bring extra towels for that.

Family reunion

The house met the needs of our family. The kids all stayed on the lower level, 8 of them aged 9 to 17. The youngest 4 enjoyed the “bunk” room. The pool table was a hit, it was used all week! The pool is large, kids had a fun time playing. The bedrooms and bathrooms amply met the needs of all 16 of us. Kitchen is well stocked. Kitchen/family room area were a great place for the family to gather. Everyone loved the hammock swing on the second deck, taking turns using it. The yards with the volleyball net and can jam were used often.

Buyer Beware - It isn’t what you think.

Safety Concerns and Poor Customer Service - WHL-20 “Clear View”Rented this 8-bedroom property for a week-long family reunion with 14 people traveling from as far as Hawaii. Unfortunately, our 6,500 vacation was marred by multiple safety issues and unprofessional management response.Safety Issues:•Multiple protruding nails throughout deck surfaces caused injuries to family members•Pool gate spring mechanism was dangerously aggressive•Outdoor bathroom in unsanitary condition•Pest issues (roaches) upon arrivalUndisclosed Problems:•Active construction on both sides of property creating noise/disruption throughout stay•No advance notice of construction despite booking months earlierManagement Response:When we documented these issues, the company president’s response was dismissive, claiming guests should have called about safety hazards during vacation time rather than expecting safe conditions upon arrival. He confirmed their technician found “8 nails that had to be addressed” after our departure, validating our safety concerns.The president characterized our documented complaints as “extortion tactics” and refused any accommodation despite clear safety violations.Bottom Line: For families paying premium prices, basic safety and transparency should be guaranteed. Choose a management company that prioritizes guest safety over deflecting responsibility.
