This secluded and charming beach home in Ocean Sands will delight you with its short distance to the Ocean and cozy, warm juniper accents and comfortable furnishings.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a covered carport and entry, outside shower and charcoal grill.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom, Queen Bedroom with TV/VCR, 2 Bedrooms each with 2 Singles and TV, full hall bath and laundry with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Spacious Great room with TV/VCR/DVD and gas fireplace, dining room seating 6, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, and deck with great views.

Extras: 4 TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD player, stereo with CD, wireless high-speed internet access, video/DVD/book libraries, outside shower, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), charcoal grill, public water, parking for 4 vehicles and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. Distance to beach access: 500'. House Address: 528 Conch Crescent. Beds: 2 Queens, 4 Singles. Key Type: Keyless entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 1213-C Duck Road, Duck Office.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Great location. Cute place. Hard beds and dated.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a great place for the price and I'd stay again as long as I could ship a mattress topper. The beds were brutally hard and my back and hips hurt the entire week. It's also pretty dated and the carport entry smells bad. But it was amply supplied and comfortable living space. Loved the decks and outdoor space.
