LOVED THE OBX, our first visit. Good house and location. Easy walk to beach. We mostly share cooking duties, eating out only twice, kitchen stocked well enough. Easy access to out to eat choices and groceries. Mattresses and bedding not great. We travel with four adult sets and children 1 thru 7.

Beautiful spacious property

The most comfortable and well laid out home. Very simple, not too cluttered. Just right in every way. Highly recommend!!

Perfect getaway

The house was perfect for our family of five. We had a small issue with the house not being ready upon arrival, but the rental company was quick to rectify the issue. The remainder of our stay was perfect. The only other thing I would add is that there are quite a few stairs in the house. It didn’t bother us at all, but it could be an issue for some. We would definitely book this house again!

Housekeeping needs improvement

The weekend was amazing however the property needed cleaning. Before we could us the kitchen we needed to pre clean everything and there were cobwebs all around. There were some areas that it was apparently not cleaned because there was dog hair all around.
