Great house in a great location!

House was awesome! Had everything you could possibly need handy. Location was perfect. 3 blocks away, but basically on the corner and a straight shot to beach access. Some showers and laundry machine were slow to drain, but that's normal when dealing with pipes full of sand, wasn't much of a real issue. Only gripe was we were a little early for pool season. ;)

Amazing House

The rooms were a great size, the decks were furnished and easily used. Hot tub was clean and working well. The kitchen floor and floor near the top of the stairs had not been throughly cleaned in awhile. The grout in the high traffic area of the floors was black not light tan like the rest of the floor. Get some grout cleaner and an automatic brush bc the floor is disgusting! Other than that, great place.

Wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood

We loved our stay at this property and I'd highly recommend it. The house was clean and nicely updated. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and very short walk to the beach. The property management was wonderful. I had a few questions (like needing the updated wifi information) and was able to text them. They replied immediately and were friendly. I called a few days before the visit with a question and they were happy to help. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't visit restaurants but I know there are many great ones a short distance away. Grocery stores nearby. Everything you need.

Wonderful Property Poor Management

Just to start I’d like to say that the property in itself it’s beautiful! As for the management and instruction ......just poorly done and quite frustrating. There work that had to be done during our stay outside of the property. Did not happen! Staff was at property once we arrived. [we asked that no staff be present during our stay]. Grill was nowhere to be found until after the second day. Fireplace never worked, there where no instructions left for grill nor the GAS fire place. Was told that maintenance had to come inside the property to fix it. Once again did not want staff present due to COVID. Once we finally agreed to maintenance being present to assist with fireplace.......maintenance never showed up . And when we called back to see why no one came .....we were told by Laura/Lauren”(don’t remember the correct name) that she couldnt keep requesting maintenance for every “little thing” . I was very unhappy that we received this type of reaction from management considering we made definite request and would have liked to enjoyed what was advertised and what we paid for. On the morning of checkout we had vehicle problems and asked for a late checkout. Was told once again by Lauren” that there was a late checkout fee that she had no clue of what the policy was and gave us a call back to say it was $200 bucks since it was considered a large property but $150 bucks. When we asked how this was possible she said it wasn’t a written policy and that if we Checked out before 1pm we could simply just pay the 150. Sounds a bit under the table-ish to me. So unethical! Almost felt as if I was begging for something I was owed and treated worse by the extra “unknown fees” While staff was available via telephone. That did not solve any of our issues on the premises during our stay. I hope for future reference they live by trial and error! I would NEVER use this Rental Company again!
