lots of pluses and few minuses

The rental property was priced reasonably for such a large spacious place. The kitchen was stocked with an assortment of pots and pans and extra coffee makers so we could cook for a large group. It needs a more thorough cleaning and some basic maintenance. For instance, the master bedroom bed slopes downward so you feel like you are sleeping standing on your head ! LOL!

Relaxing Vacation

The rental property wasn't horrible, it suited our needs. Upon arrival I was somewhat disappointed in the cleanliness of the place, especially the kitchen. Floors were sticky, counter tops were dirty, coffee pot was still on/full from previous guest, and walls were stained behind trash can with food. We called maintenance regarding not having a broom and they were very responsive. Check-in was easy. We couldn't figure out key pad door system but it wasn't an issue because someone was home at all times. Would be nice to have a few more beach chairs and maybe some bicycles since trolly was down. Having the kayaks were wonderful! I would recommend supplying kitchen with a regular can opener and a metal spatula.The plastic ones are too flimsy for cooking anything. I would also possibly look at upgrading main TV to a smart TV. The arcade game did not work the entire time we were there. It was overall a wonderful stay, but the place could use some TLC.
