The property is a bit dated but the staff and the friendly gentleman that prepares the breakfasts make up for it! The dock leading to a gazebo with the hammock swing was my favorite feature. The Sound catches beautiful sunsets and that spot was perfect to watch it. The light house and historic bath house can be seen there as well. My stay was short- but I plan to go back!

The room was exactly as advertised, in fact, it looked even better than the pictures. The property is very well kept. Complementary breakfast probably has to be one of the best ones in a hotel that I’ve had various options to choose from which I was surprised by. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The tiki bar on site was also pretty cool. The staff also was helpful in giving suggestions and ideas on where to eat would definitely recommend for another short stay.

The Inn at Corolla was lovely and gave us everything we needed to stay entertained. We borrowed bikes and rode all over! And we were treated to gorgeous sunsets!

We had an amazing stay at The Inn for our first trip to the Outer Banks. The location was perfect with easy access to shops and restaurants, an easy walk or quick drive to the beach with easy parking. The onsite pool was a great way to keep the fun going after a day out and sunsets on the pier are breathtaking. Alexis took all of the guesswork out of where to eat and how to get around and she made sure our stay was enjoyable. Bruce was amazing with the kids, so pleasant, and brought great charm and character to our stay. For a family of 4 with 6 year old boys, we would absolutely recommend and we’d stay here again.

The property is in an excellent location. It’s an older building that’s in acceptable condition but has plumbing issues. The staff is excellent. The front desk staff were professional, friendly and exceptional in their eagerness to help. The gentleman in the breakfast area made staying at this hotel a very satisfying experience. Friendly, enjoys life and always ready to help. His interaction with all of the guests was great. Overall a good stay.

If in is at 4 o’clock pm, it’s not gonna be ready before that !. Bed and sofa was very uncomfortable, shower didn’t work properly,but the main complaint it was dark color bed sheets, and towels.
