Very large, comfortable house with pool

Can easily sleep 12 people. All amenities worked. Brand new Weber gas grill. Very large and clean swimming pool. House is in a gated community in a nice location.

Perfect family hangout

If you are looking for a beach house where everything is ultramodern and perfect, perhaps this isn't your best bet. But if you want a place that is spacious, nicely appointed with everything you could need -- including a volleyball court, generously sized pool, fenced in yard -- this is the place. Small, thoughtful touches abound: charging stations on each nightstand, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need with labels, at least six or seven beach chairs (greatly appreciated) and accessories for the pool. We loved that you can walk down to the back yard from both decks. House is exactly as it appears in the photos. You should rent a golf cart for the week for easy beach access (golf carts kind of being the official transportation of choice at the Currituck club). Lisa, the host, was attentive, accessible and responsive to everything. Note: they weren't joking about the occasional stray golf balls; our son collected a dozen during the week that landed near or in the yard. Our family would definitely rent again.
