Poorly designed toilet paper holder was a bit frustrating as the tube kept getting hung up on the two prongs and would cease to turn until being centered again between the two prongs, only to slightly shift again requiring yet another realignment. Between the wind and occupants not closing the doors gently, all you heard up until midnight was the slamming of those doors. It was very loud and kept us up most of the night. 「The room was old and dingy had a moldy smell when we walked in housekeeping in that room for check-in was OK and the living spaces but I found someone’s used washcloth under the bathroom sink. also, the outside door stuck you had to use Force to open it, and the screen door kept popping off the balcony area is not taken care of at all in the room. The price of the room for two nights at almost 450 a night did not match the standards that we were greeted with. If I’m paying this much for a room,...

「Beds were uncomfortable and on a metal box platform that made a hollow banging noise when moving. One of the reasons for booking this hotel was it had a pool. When we arrived the Pool was green and unusable but it was not noted at time of booking. Not what I expected from a hotel chain.」
