Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
There was no hot water, there was no proper ventilation in the bathrooms, the food was uneatable and as expensive as a restaurant and there was no other options, the excursions were very expensive, the amenities were not great and all the chairs were in plastics. The management was really bad . The owner and manager would constantly contradict themselves. There was construction and there were rodents in the houses
