We have stayed at the Princess Vegas many times on our trips to the Duty-Free zone as it is very convenient. We enjoy the pool as it had just been maintained and the casino is always a fun place to spend a few hours after dinner. The restaurant has great food however we have noticed that there has been a turnover of staff and service has dropped dramatically.

The rooms (4) were very clean. The front desk staff were the best. We weren't able to take our rental over the boarder. The staff ensured we made it to the hotel.

The close proximity to the Duty-Free zone in Corozal is excellent. The property has great assets with the attached casino and the large pool out back, however the pool could be cleaned more regularly. The restaurant has an extensive menu and the food is usually excellent and great value at bargain prices! The staff are very accommodating and friendly, always with a smile. We will be back again shortly...Thanks!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The servers in the restaurant and room service were not friendly and do not pay attention to details, such as serving me cold coffee for breakfast or serving dessert one hour after dinner.

If you are coming to this property from Belize you have to cross the Mexico border to get there. If you have a rental car they may not let it cross the border. Ours died right outside of the border because of the tracking system. You have to pay to cross the border, about $15 US dollars. We did not know this and booked 5 nights. Hotel refused to refund us

The room was clean and looked nice. Unfortunately, when I walked around the corner to the smoking balcony for a smoke, a staff member (there were 3 in the hallway when I left the room) quickly slipped into my room and stole some money from my pant pocket. I had mistakenly left my shorts on the bed with some money in the pocket. I was gone for maybe 15-minutes. The stay was otherwise ok.

Stay away!!!!

It was all a terrible experience the hotel is located in the free zone which means it's on border of Mexico and very dangerous to be. No jurisdiction or if there was a problem you would not be covered....Very upset they did not state this of Hotel,com to let people know the situation and if they wanted to be in a unstable place....
