Wonderful cozy house. Very clean inside. Was perfect for myself and friend. Down there to fish. Issues: Exterior needs LTC! overgrown bushes, yard not mowed and full of grass stickers/ burrs (there were some imbedded in rugs inside we found out), and the decking and railing needs to be looked at (rotting boards, and railing that needs maintenance.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was very nice and a good location from Port Aransas and Rockport. Definitely coming back and would highly recommend. There is a lot of ant hills and stickers on the yard so don't go out there walking barefoot other than that everything else was great.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, older house but updated inside.Beware of walking w out shoes on..major stickersWe took lots of meat to bbq outside, we didn’t bbq...The mosquitoes were so bad.. and when I say bad, that’s an understatement..They need to get a professional pest control out there.The deck that connects the small house to house, there was a couple soft boards that was a safety issue..Over all, cute house inside ..It had everything you would need for a stay.
