Great house and location for a big group

This is our second stay at Shell Yeah. The house accommodated our 3 families nicely and the downstairs play area is a great way to entertain the kids while the adults hang upstairs. We'll be back!

The house was amazing...clean, well furnished and beautiful views!!! My family of 12 ranged in ages from 54 yrs to 6 mths. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Great for the entire family...this will go down as a favorite and we will be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 13 (5 kids ages 9 and under) stayed at shell yeah this pasted weekend. The house was a great entertaining spot for sure. It was well equipped with pretty much everything you would need for a large family, even including a baby gate, beach toys and enough beds for everyone to feel like they had their own space.

Great location!

Wonderful property and good location. It was very clean although the bottom floor had a bit of a mold smell. Had a little trouble contacting owners at first. Location of key box needs to be a little more accurate - “on pole to right of front door”. I found myself searching and searching. Also - no cooking spoons in kitchen. Luckily we were renting home across the street so we borrowed from there. In my opinion check in at 5pm is a bit late. Seems like VRBO and air b&b are getting later and later. Other than those small mishaps the place is beautiful and has wonderful views! Lots of kitchen needs met too (except spoons). The balconies are amazing!!!

Shell Yeah Exceeds Expectations!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been coming down to Port A for years and have stayed at numerous houses- some of them we really love. But we needed more space this year so decided on Shell Yeah!! This is now by far our favorite house in Port A!!! The location cannot be beat- having the beautiful views and being so close to the beach was amazing. There was so much room and storage- our group of 12 easily fit- everyone had their own space, privacy. But the private bathrooms were especially nice! The home was very clean and kitchen well stocked. And those views!!! The 1st level was awesome- we loved the pool table and games- and again- all the storage with extra fridge! We normally stay at homes with a private pool- but honestly didn’t miss it- having the outdoor shower was perfect along with the several hoses to rinse everything off. Plus the neighborhood pool was great. We had minor issues with the AC and some TVs- but management responded very quickly. The stairs can be challenging but we were able to use the 1st level and backyard for heavy coolers and beach gear. But all benefits of this house totally outweighed any issues we had. We could not have been happier at Shell Yeah- it far exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to come back!!

Great experience!

Great property, more than we expected. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lots of room for togetherness, as well as privacy with bathrooms for each bedroom. The closet with beach floats, hats, etc. was great to have on hand to fill in what we had forgotten. Convenient to the beach, comfortable family home...highly recommend for all of the little extras that make it so convenient. Yes, as other reviews have stated, stocking the kitchen would be so much easier if an elevator was installed....other than that, the stairs are not an inconvenience. Already considering reserving for next summer!

Great Port A Property

Everything as advertised/depicted, plenty of room and bathrooms, awesome decorations, all the utensils you would ever need, and a great view from the 3rd level! Will definitely stay there again.

Great Place to Stay

What a wonderful beach house! Everything was well thought out, plenty of space for everyone to gather or to find their own area. Setup very well for multiple families. Loved the Tiki Bar and it has a very short walk to the boardwalk. The owner was very responsive Would definitely stay there again
