Showed up on Saturday 4th of July weekend and the place looked vacant. Just a stray dog and the main door had a “closed” sign. I google a phone number and no one answered, I called the number Expedia had listed and some answered with “wrong number” and I had to book somewhere else last minute. I’m still waiting for Expedia to get back to me since they say they can’t get a hold of anyone to see if I can get a refund.

Lobby was locked had to check in with overnight window room was canceled without any notification still no refund it felt like I was being scammed cause the property did not offer refunds in which it was there mistake reserved at 2pm checkin at 4pm got there at 4pm apparently rooms were sold out very unprofessional felt very unsafe just pulling into parking lot pictures on Expedia looked nothing like the property you can tell the clientele they were booking it looked like an apartment complex never again will I be recommend this place just the worse

The hotel felt very run down and unsafe. The room was overwhelming with the smell of mold, and one of tge beds was broken. We didn't stay, went somewhere else. It was terrible.

Uncleanliness no hot water to shower, no housekeeping, had to ask for towels then told to bring them the dirty ones. No staff to help you, run down no pool or WiFi. Just overall disgusting. NEVER stay there again.

I did not like it at all false advertising there's no pool and the room don't have hot water and there are wiring outside exposed on the roof of the hotel I would not stay here they don't offer breakfast but want to charge a deposit fee this is the worst hotel I've been to in Corpus Christi
