enjoyed our stay

We loved how the place was stocked with the basics! Perfect location right by the beach and quiet area despite it being located right by the main street. I also appreciated it not having an over done mess of beach decorations. There were a few scuffs here and there with the room but it seems to be an older building so that’s expected. Would definitely love to book again in the future.

Needs Fixing, Management Company Weird

Y’all, they really hooked up a $3 lamp from a garage sale in the bathroom to make up for the fact that the lights don’t work. So clearly they knew they weren’t working. 😅😅 Also, the fan doesn’t work and the stove top doesn’t appear to work, although they replied a few hours later to call them to figure it out but we’d already moved on by then. The mattress is comfy but the box springs appear to be old and sag in the middle making you sleep sideways. The communication with management was weird. They were kind of rude before we got there when we had a last minute issue and asked if we could make a change, then every time we had a question there was both a corporate team and a local team who replied at different times with different answers. I can’t believe this is a corporate company for how not put together it is. But great location, loved the nearby beach.

This place was perfect for my little family vacation! Everything was perfect and we couldn’t be happier with our stay and the help we received when our key card wouldn’t work for the pool! We will definitely book here again!

New York style

If you have ever been to New York, this little efficiency really reminds me of being in NY. I love all the hooks, hooks while traveling is my favorite, there are usually never enough hooks especially to hang towels when coming back from the beach. Room stayed cold at night. Right amount of space. Love the king size bed! Plenty of storage space if you really needed it. Great, updated little place! Had to contact VACASA a couple times with questions and they were helpful and quick with responses.
