Perfect location, great communication and very accommodating. Washer and dryer are on the fritz, couches smelled a little mildew and the air smelled a little musty but I'm assuming that's what you night expect with the humidity in the air and kids coming in with wet bathing suits. It's going to happen. Managing company did a great job!

Family Vacation

This was the perfect location being so close to the ocean that we could walk if we wanted to. The king size beds in not just one but THREE of the bedrooms were perfect for couples and having three showers also made getting ready for the seven of us easy. We will definitely be back!

House was great

The house was great. There was lots of room for us to spread out and sleep our family of 6. The location is excellent and super close to the beach. The parking was also great, right behind the condo. Our only issue was that a pool key was not provided and it took 48 hours of back and forth with the property manger to get one that worked, so we only had access to the pool for the last 18 hours or so we were there and it was closed 12 of those.

Wonderful beach vacation

My family of four, mother and father, and sister and brother in law stayed 4 days and 5 nights. We had no complaints. Check in and check out we’re easy, condo was clean and we had plenty of space for everyone. Three king sized beds and bedrooms for adults, and the bunk beds for the kids was perfect. Condo was close to the beach and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

Awesome stay!

This was a great place to stay. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and had all the kitchen necessities. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and tide pods because you might not have enough. Overall amazing stay and highly recommend.

What an experience!

This location is fantastic! The parking and physical location of the entry was easy to get to. Upon entering the townhome, you feel very good about your reservation- the bedrooms and additional beds were very nice to have. My friends and I are in our 40s and we’re looking for comfort and enough space to take a moment for ourselves when needed, this fit the bill. I would recommend this for families with younger kids, the pools are directly in front of this unit. If you are looking to party well into the night, this place is not for you as there is a curfew, you definitely want to be mindful of your neighbors. Fully stocked with essentials for every room and the check out process is super easy and convenient! Short walk to the beach, no beach side view from here but not bad of a walk

Excellent birthday weekend!

Our daughter wanted to go to the beach this year for her birthday, so we loaded up and made it a quick overnight trip. We opted for early check-in and late check-out which went over smoothly. The property was spacious, all king bed (which was a big thing for us) and the twin bunk beds were perfect for our girls. The property was a little musty smelling upon arrival, but faded with our showers and sprits’ of cologne/perfume as we would clean up for breakfast/lunch/dinner. The whole process was smooth, the property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had, and the drive on beach was super close which made it so nice when hauling all the things for our kids and dogs. We left behind a few pool noodles for the next guests to enjoy, as we didn’t use them and didn’t want to take them back with us. Overall will most definitely return and will be our new little vacation spot!

Great location and awesome stay!

We had such a great vacation here! We loved the great space—all the bedrooms and bathrooms made it so much easier with our five daughters, haha Being so close to the beach was wonderful, but we were also close to restaurants and stores on the island, so it was pretty ideal. The most impressive thing was how responsive the property manager was! We had a couple of small issues, and when I let her know, she texted me right back and took care of everything right away. She was really amazing! My only minor complaint was that we didn’t know there weren’t any beach towels, beach chairs, or any other beach-type items. The email we were sent the day we arrived did inform us of that, but at that point it was too late. We DID book extremely last minute, so maybe we would normally have gotten that info sooner. As it was, because we were flying in from out of state, we wouldn’t have been able to bring a lot of that stuff with us. It was a bummer to have to buy beach towels and a beach shade and not have any chairs, but we’ll definitely make sure we’re more informed next time before we book! Otherwise, we loved this place and had a great vacation with our family. Excellent service and a very lovely townhouse!

The perfect home-base for your beach vacation

Our group included three generations. Two families had young children. The condo was immaculate. The pool with the splash pad for the kids was right outside our door, which was perfect for the littles. They visited the pool every day upon returning from the beach. The beach entrance was just around the corner and we bought an annual beach parking pass from the beach patrol! The adults enjoyed having their own room, separate from the kids, but close in proximity. We used the washer and dryer daily. The owners are thoughtful regarding kiddos - they provide a high chair and other items in the closet under the stairs. We did find it necessary to purchase use baby gates for the stairs as we have a toddler. The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked every meal, with the exception of pizza the first night. The hosts were quick to respond when we had questions. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in a great location.

We loved the condo. The furnishings were neat and fresh. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved that we could easily walk or drive to the beach. We would definately stay here again.

July 4th Family Trip

There was plenty of space for our combined family of five adults and two small children. The pool area was great and just steps from our front door. However, upon arrival we were were concerned with the cleanliness of the condo. The floors were very gritty and had spots from previous liquid spills. We did not have any trash can liners, and then were given just two bags for our stay of three nights. The pool key was missing, and many of our utensils were not clean. There was a lot of wear and tear on the walls and doors. Linens were of poor quality and some of our bath towels were stained and had holes. Also, the bedspread in the downstairs bedroom had stains. The front door keypad was locked at 10:00 AM the morning we were loading to leave although the guest binder said checkout was 11:00 AM. Overall, our family felt the condo was unkept and dirty, and the lack of attention to details was very noticeable. Not a great experience for a premium price, although our family enjoyed the trip regardless of the condition of the condo.

Family friendly

This is a very family friendly property. We had 2 families with infants and a 5 year old plus our little pup and we had plenty of room. The townhome sits right in front of the splash pool, which was really nice. Walk to the beach is about 10 mins - if you have babies, etc I suggest driving. Unit was very clean and well decorated. The keyless entry is nice but can be tricky if you forget the code. Bring your own cleaning supplies (spray for counters etc) and even a couple of mats to put inside the front door to catch extra sand. There are no rugs and even rinsing off with hose outside doesn’t catch everything. I would definitely stay here again.
