We had a family gathering with 16 people, our age range was from 18 to 71 at CS South. The beach home exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, and the amenities at the home, property and the beach made for a very pleasant stay, the staff was very helpful. We used the basketball / pickle ball courts, the 3 pools, we also arranged to have bonfire on the beach with s'mores. The outdoor concert at CS North was a nice touch. We'll be back, PS, recommend renting a golf cart to get around.

This house was perfect for 3 families. We had 7 kids and 6 adults and had plenty of room. The backyard was also great to be able to hang outside. Each floor had a place to relax as well. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Great location to pool and beach.
