Best Family Vacation!

We had an amazing weekend! This home was gorgeous and super clean. Great location and accommodated the whole household. The house had a perfect layout! Will definitely come back!

House was nice and in a great location. Nice pool in the community. Plenty of space for all of us. The master bed was uncomfortable. The master shower was dirty. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for dishes to cook.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My wife and I, plus two year old had a great stay here. Easy to access, right in the middle of town and a quick drive to the beach. Included all of the amenities you would expect in a rental home from utensils, bowls, glasses, shampoo and even provided beach towels which was a nice plus. Had all the little things that some vacation rentals tend to miss. Plenty of room and beds were comfortable. House was very clean. Big 2 car driveway, and great closest space with hangers. Downstairs bedroom with own bath is perfect for grandparents, and master and big bunk room upstairs next to kitchen and living. Will certainly stay again.

Beachy Clean

First, the positives. 1. VERY clean. I think that dust and dirt might be afraid of this place. 2. It is in a great location. About a 5-minute golf cart ride to the beach. 3. Plenty of towels and washcloths and beachtowels. 4. They have little soaps, shampoos, and conditioners. Which was great as my youngest forgot those items. 5. Dishsoaps and washer tabs provided. 6. Did I mention how clean this place is? 7. The unit is managed by VACASA. While the issue with the drain was not fixed during our stay it is clear that the unit is being cleaned and monitored well. The not so great. 1. Downstairs shower did not drain well. I did send noticed to the management company. However we reported in on a Saturday morning and when we left the following Tuesday it had still not been fixed. 2. The grounds are kept and clean. It is just not the prettiest of places. 3. Tip: the front loading washer door has the typical gunk and smell as the door cannot be left open. We simply cleaned it up and then left the closet door and the washer door open to air out between loads.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Our teen was able to have her own room/space downstairs, while the littles had plenty of space with the bunk room and private bath. The community pool area was clean and the property is well kept. We will definitely try to book this one again for our next visit.

Great corner unit!

The property was perfect for our girls vacation. It was well equipped with all the basics-kitchen, bathrooms, and plenty of towels including beach towels. It is a corner unit, so you only share one side with neighbors. The property was very quiet and relaxing. The unit overlooks the pool. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

This townhouse is so new and clean and the downstairs was perfect for my mother in law to have her own space. We loved this unit and will rent it again.
